Fraser Hart co-founded TTOBMA in March 2016. TTOBMA publishes monthly net price indices for benchmark grades in major markets like China, Europe and North America and provides market intelligence services for the market pulp, recovered paper and tissue sectors.

Prior to co-founding TTOBMA, Fraser worked in a variety of commercial roles in the market pulp sector, most recently as director of North American pulp sales for Resolute Forest Products.

Fraser has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
