Hotel Information

A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $289.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, September 30, 2024, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner. To reserve your room online, please check your registration confirmation for the link to book within the group room block.

Check-in at the Hyatt Regency Chicago begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. Any departures after 12:00 PM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours will not be penalized.  Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night’s room and tax.  Please see your hotel reservation confirmation from the Hyatt for cancellation instructions.

The Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.  All functions will take place in the West Tower and the registration desk will be located on the Ballroom Level in the Regency Ballroom Foyer.  

It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference and that is to book directly through the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
