Melanie Harman has worked in the paper recycling industry since 1992. Her experience includes roles at both large corporations and independent recycling companies. Over the expanse of her career, Melanie has held positions at Weyerhaeuser Company, International Paper, RMR/Wilmington and PaperWorks.

Melanie’s career in the recycling and paper industry has been expansive. She has held various roles, including sourcing representative, customer service manager, region manager, director of brokerage, sales and national accounts, consultant, vice president of sales and director of fiber.

Throughout her tenure, she has seen many changes, as well as many ups and downs in the paper recycling industry. Melanie currently oversees purchases for the PaperWorks mill system as well as the company’s internal converting recycling stream. She is also working with the PaperWorks team to build a recycling brokerage business.
