Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference has been made aware of several fraudulent claims. Please be aware of the following:
- PPRC has not endorsed anyone to contact you directly to book your hotel room or offer you a special discounted conference rate. If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is fraud.
- PPRC does not sell attendee lists. If you receive an offer to purchase our attendee lists, it is fraudulent.

How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?
A block of discounted rooms is available for event attendees at the Hyatt Regency Chicago at a special group rate of $289.00 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy.
This discounted rate is available until September 22, 2025, or until the room block is full—whichever comes first.
Attendees must be registered for the Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference and/or the MRF Operations Forum to receive the group rate. A link to reserve your room will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
CHECK IN/OUT POLICY
Check-in at the Hyatt Regency Chicago begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. Any departures after 12:00 PM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.
HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours will not be penalized. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night’s room and tax. Please see your hotel reservation confirmation from the Hyatt for cancellation instructions.
WHERE ARE THE PAPER AND PLASTICS RECYCLING CONFERENCE EVENT FUNCTIONS TAKING PLACE?
The Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. All functions will take place in the West Tower and the registration desk will be located on the Ballroom Level in the Regency Ballroom Foyer.
