Billing/Discount Policy:
All prices listed above are per person. To qualify for the group rate, 3 or more individuals from the same company must register and must register at the same time. Attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 10% discount on their total purchase. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.
Any attendees that are members of ReMA will receive 10% off their registration. If you are a member, please contact membership@recycledmaterials.org to request access to the discount code.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
All registration charges will appear on your credit card statement as GIE Media Inc., not Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference.
Anti-Trust Policy:
The Federal antitrust laws prohibit combinations in restraint of trade which occur whenever competitors within a field of business exchange information which has the purpose or effect of fixing, raising, maintaining, or stabilizing prices (or otherwise limiting competition). Should such a conspiracy in restraint of trade be found to occur at Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference / GIE Media (d.b.a. Recycling Today Media Group), its directors, its officers, and participating members would be held liable for substantial damages (including treble damages).

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to conference@gie.net. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by September 24, 2025. No refunds will be issued after September 24, 2025, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. The Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs. Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place.
Substitution Policy:
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place. At this time, the original attendee's log-in credentials will be deactivated and new credentials will be sent to the new attendee.
Confirmation Policy:
All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management.
The Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
Show management reserves the right to remove or to deny admission to anyone who is deemed a risk to the professional atmosphere of the event, who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the event or hotel, or for any reason whatsoever. Show management reserves the right to do so without liability for refund of any fees paid or due, and without liability for any other damages caused by such action.
Consent for Video/Photography:
Photography, video and/or audio recording may occur at this event. By entering the event premises, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition and reproduction of any and all recorded media of their appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever. Attendees waive and release any claims related to the use of recorded media captured at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording; any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation and copyright infringement; or any fees for the use of such recorded media. It is understood all photography, filming and/or recording will be conducted in reliance on this consent, waiver and release.
Suitcasing Policy:
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces by non-exhibiting companies, including another company's booth or a hotel lobby. It is Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference show management’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect our Exhibitors from suitcasing. We want our Exhibitors to know that Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference is tough on suitcasers, and that we are vigilant in our efforts to stop them in order to prevent Exhibitor unhappiness and show erosion.
Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the Paper and Plastics Recycling Conference, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibit Policies, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to show management.
