Doug Miner is the vice president of sales and marketing for Polyfit Inc. He joined Polyfit to lead the company's growth in post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin supply for high-end packaging markets, develop strategic short- and long-term growth plans, build supplier relationships with major accounts and brands and develop circular supply chains in the PCR market.

Doug has extensive experience and knowledge in the plastics industry. He has worked in the sales and marketing of virgin plastic resins, as well as post-industrial and post-consumer recycled resins. His background also includes experience in compounding, blow molding and blown film processes.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Hobart College.
