With more than 30 years of experience in operations and sales management—28 of them in recycling and waste equipment—Jeffrey Van Galder is a recognized leader in advancing sustainable resource management. As founder of Van Galder LLC, he has helped companies expand in North America, improve operational efficiency and strengthen their market presence.

Previously, he served as director of sales and marketing and executive vice president for two recycling equipment manufacturers, overseeing corporate strategy, sales, engineering and production and driving both rapid growth and organizational revitalization.

Known for building lasting partnerships and delivering practical solutions, Jeffrey has consistently enhanced recycling efficiency and environmental impact. He is currently working with M&J Recycling, representing the company’s industrial waste and recycling shredders to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions throughout North America.
