Justin Jungman brings 25 years of experience in the recycling industry, including the past eight as an account executive with PADNOS, a fourth-generation, family-owned recycling company headquartered in Michigan. PADNOS specializes in recycling metal, paper, plastics and electronics.

In his role, Justin oversees fiber brokerage and markets material from the company’s paper recycling facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Having navigated the complexities of evolving paper markets, he offers a deep understanding of fiber quality, logistics and end-user requirements.

He has served on the PSI Specifications Committee for the past three years and currently chairs the committee.
