As quality manager, Krystina plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for recycled fiber. Her responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, implementing best practices, training technical staff and contributing to Smurfit Westrock's commitment to sustainability and efficiency in its mill operations.

Krystina has been actively involved with the Recycled Materials Association and its Paper Stock Industries chapter for the past five years. During this time, she notably served as the committee chair for the specifications committee and has contributed to various other committees, demonstrating her leadership and dedication to advancing industry standards.
