With over 20 years of cross-border experience in waste management and recycling, Nicole currently serves as Vice President of Resource Recovery at GFL, where she leads the Extended Producer Responsibility and Product Stewardship portfolio. Nicole sits on Oregon State's Department of Environmental Quality's Rulemaking Advisory Committee for EPR, Oregon's Technical Workgroup, and Alberta's PAA Advisory Committee. Nicole also has experience leading a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) and assisted Ontario as a PRO in Ontario's rule creation process and allocation table.

Before joining GFL, Nicole was with WM for fifteen years, with her most recent role as the Director, Public Sector Sales and Government Affairs at Waste Management (Canada). Ms. Willett received Waste 360's 40 under 40 Award in 2019 and served as the Chair of the Board at the Ontario Waste Management Association in 2021.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. Most importantly, Nicole is the proud mom of two boys.
