Patricia Drake is director of business development at LyondellBasell (LYB), where she leads strategic recycling initiatives within the circular and low carbon solutions business. With more than 20 years of experience spanning refining, chemicals and polymers, Patricia has held leadership roles in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance and commercial management.

Her current focus is on establishing LYB’s mechanical recycling footprint in the Americas and developing sustainable plastic waste feedstock channels for both mechanical and chemical recycling. Based in Houston, Patricia brings deep industry knowledge and cross-functional expertise to support LYB’s circular and low carbon solutions business.
