Vice President of Supply Chain, Cascades
With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a member of the Order of the Engineers of Quebec, Stéphane Dubé began his career selling chemicals to the pulp and paper industry. For 10 years, Stéphane acquired extensive experience in this domain, specifically as a Sales Manager for Eastern Canada at Nalco Chemical Company. He joined Cascades in 2005, primarily responsible for centralizing chemical procurement. He has since cumulated various responsibilities as Director of Corporate Procurement, Vice President Procurement and is currently Vice President of Supply Chain for the Cascades Recovery+ division.
Leading the purchasing & supply of secondary fibers. Stéphane’s team manages close to 3 million tons of various grades for Cascades operations and other domestic consumers. His main challenges and involvement at Cascades are in structuring and deploying corporate procurement processes, strategy and major transformation projects aiming at a value generation in the centralization of these business processes, with the priority of better serving Cascades mills, its customers, and suppliers.
