Bob Cappadona serves as a vice president for the Recycling Group at Casella, where he oversees 17 recycling facilities, R&D of new markets, technology and equipment for capturing new material and improving the quality of materials recovered.

Cappadona brings more than 30 years of experience to the recycling industry and has worked with Casella for 19 years in various roles, including general manager of Casella’s largest Materials Recovery Facility based in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

He leads a team of professionals who market more than 800,000 tons of recyclable material each year and is key to the implementation of Casella's long-term resource solution strategy.
